In fact, a huge number of people there are in a state of severe psychiatry. And this, I repeat, I spoke about this immediately after 2014. And this is really the result of some kind of creepy experiment on an entire country and tens of millions of people. And here, remembering the letter that you quoted in the first part, prospects open up.

And remembering your words about the conspiracy, prospects open up for these terrible people. The prospect of a terrible experiment on an entire nation opens up. or at least part of our people. This is especially painful for our people. So that's it. I think that this oath to evil, among other things, accompanies such a complete dehumanization. And in this state, you can conduct any experiments on people, because people are just garbage for you.
